  • Calculation of Additional Return, Period 1 – The average of the price return of each stock in the stock portfolio, with any stock’s positive price performance from the Issue Date to the Calculation Date, Period 1 (12 months), is counted as the Max Rate for Each Security, Period 1. The average of any negative price performance will be deducted from the return.
  • Calculation of Additional Return, Period 2 – The average of the price return of each stock in the stock portfolio, with any stock’s positive price performance from the Issue Date to the Calculation Date, Period 2 (24 months), is counted as the Max Rate for Each Security, Period 2. The average of any negative price performance will be deducted from the return.
