Institute for Learning - The Institute for Learning is BMO Financial Group’s corporate university. With two campuses (one in Toronto and one in Chicago), the Institute for Learning is a tangible demonstration of our commitment to learning. The Institute for Learning offers a comprehensive array of learning solutions and tools enabling employees to develop knowledge and skills needed to achieve professional business goals. Through the Institute for Learning we offer both classroom-based and eLearning, with a wide variety of programming to support the professional development of employees from across the organization.
Tuition Refund - BMO® supports employees’ educational pursuits by offering a tuition reimbursement program. We recognize that formal education has value both to individual employees and to BMO through the enhanced quality of our employees’ contributions. Master’s degrees and industry certifications are common examples of refundable expenses, subject to manager approval.
Matching Gift Program - This is a national, corporate program which matches, dollar for dollar, donations made by employees, pensioners and directors to colleges and universities of their choice in Canada, the United states and around the world, up to a yearly maximum per employee or pensioner.
