The Dairy Program includes:

• Fixed Rate Farm Mortgage with a wide range of options: terms one year to ten years; amortization up to 25 years; monthly or quarterly payments; as well as early renewal.
• General Farm Financing to assist you with the purchase of cattle, equipment and quota.
• Everyday Banking for Business Plans that provide all the everyday transaction services needed for a fixed monthly fee. The plan includes: chequing, withdrawals, and deposits; Around-the-Clock Deposit access with no initial set-up fee; and use of Instabank machines, telephone banking and online banking.
• Farm Equipment Line of Credit with a pre-authorized spending limit.
• Term Financing that you can customize to meet your individual needs with a choice of fixed or floating rates, fixed monthly payments to help manage cash flow and other expenses and borrowing based on what you can afford.

Farm Improvement & Marketing Co-Operatives Loans Act (FIMCLA)

FIMCLA loans are open to farmer-owned marketing co-operatives

• If you qualify for a loan, you can receive up to 80% financing, to a maximum of $250,000 for farmers, $3,000,000 for marketing co-operatives.
• You can also consolidate past FIMCLA loans, up to 80% of the security pledged, to a maximum of $250,000.
• Affordable fixed monthly payments.
