What should you expect when you get to the Bank?

  • A conversation to help us get to know you and your business
  • Help in choosing the right products and services
  • To complete a Customer Profile and open a Business account
  • An explanation of the account, fees, conditions and policies
  • To sign appropriate legal forms
  • To make an initial deposit to the account
  • To find out how to switch your banking

Getting Started

To get started please complete and submit the Account Application Starter form.

What do you need to bring to the Bank?

  • Name, address, occupation or nature of primary business, and percentage ownership for any person or company with an interest of 25% or more of your business
  • Name, occupation, and date of birth information, along with personal identification, for up to three Authorized Signatories - Acceptable forms of ID
  • Name and occupation/functional title information for any Directors or Officers
  • Original or copy of complete Articles of Association, OR documentation confirming existence of the Association
  • Resolution stating signing officers, if not addressed in Articles of Association

After having completed and submitted the Account Application Starter form, the branch you have chosen will contact you within 2 business days to set up an appointment.
