Steve Somerville, President and Chief Executive Officer, BMO Capital Corporation, is responsible for the management of BMO Bank of Montreal's 19 member team that provides subordinated debt/mezzanine and equity investments across Canada. Steve is Chair of BMOCC’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Steve is also responsible for BMO Capital Corporation's Fund-of-funds investments and BMO Bank of Montreal's mid-market Mergers & Acquisitions business.

A member of BMO Bank of Montreal's Corporate Finance Division Leadership Team, Steve has over 15 years of experience providing investment banking and capital market services to Canadian mid-market businesses.

Steve received his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Western Ontario and his MBA with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Eric Ehgoetz is a Managing Director of BMO Capital Corporation and shares responsibility for overseeing investments in Ontario and Central Canada. He is a member of BMOCC’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Eric has over 20 years of diversified experience in risk management, structured finance and merchant banking within Schedule 1 financial institutions, non-bank lenders and insurance companies. Eric holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA charter holder.

Lee Grimshaw is a Managing Director of BMO Capital Corporation and is responsible for overseeing investments in Western Canada. He is a member of BMOCC’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Lee has extensive industry and corporate experience in Aircraft Engines, Aerospace and Appliances, in addition to 10 years of financial services industry experience in subordinated debt, equity, senior debt cash flow and asset backed transactions. Lee holds a degree in Commerce, has an MBA in Finance, and is a CFA charter holder and an alumni of the GE Financial Management Program.

Claude Miron is a Managing Director of BMO Capital Corporation and is responsible for investments in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. He is a member of BMOCC’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. Claude brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity as well as Fund-of-funds investing. Past President of the Quebec Venture Capital Association (Réseau Capital), Claude has held senior roles as Vice-President Life Sciences at CDP Capital Sofinov, Vice-President of Venture Capital at Business Development Bank of Canada and as Partner with Edgestone Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and is a CFA charterholder.

David has over 20 years of experience in acquisition and project financing, corporate restructuring and mezzanine finance with Schedule 1 financial institutions. David has a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours List) and MBA (Dean's List) from the University of Toronto.
